All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Custom, backordered, or special-order products may require additional handling time.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Customers will receive an order confirmation email once the order has been successfully placed.
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time) from Monday to Friday are processed the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
